Long Stories – Vinyl Campaign

long stories and fear in a handful of dust were made in parallel. fear is like a stretched line with extreme softness at one end and pointed angles at the other. stories pushes in through the center and is mainly concerned with balance. harmony and melody over sound and texture.

a good portion of the record was made with just one instrument, the ugly misshapen gray plastic omnichord that somehow only makes sounds that sound like magic. these get processed through a slew of creamy analogue machines. so it's like magic folded into chocolate. like something margot robbie might eat while riding a unicorn into the sun perhaps..

when it came to vinyl, prior to this new service, we had our fingers somewhat burned on the fear record. everything that could have gone wrong most certainly did and even now we are still rewarding heroic patience with fulfilment on a few orders. so this time round we are following on from the contrasting success of our experience with the only child tyrant vinyl campaign through bandcamp. we love LP's and this way we can get as many made as you chose to order. only this one time most likely but at least everyone gets their records! hope you'll pick up a copy and hear the music as it was intended to be heard.
