Rawley Stanhope Instills in me a sense of wonder and calm. I wish this track did the same for my wife and pre-teen kids, who, during family listening sessions in the car, become a background track of grumbles that escalates to angry shouts as the master volume climbs accordingly. Maybe my family just needs time (and more experiences as a captive audience). Or maybe the unique pairings of Place and Tobin make his art that much more special to me. Thank you Amon.

specialdishevelry If this were a four track EP, the unanimous favorite would be track four where the bass, harmonies and percussion each take the spotlight. As one seamless work it's just gorgeous. Of everything Amon/Nomark released since ISAM I found this most profound.
